EEEEEATSCON LA 2025 — star chefs, celebrity guests, a feast for a cause

EEEEEATSCON — The Infatuation's cult food festival — took over the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica on June 28–29, 2025, and I was on the ground for all of it: star chefs, celebrity guests, and a hangar full of the best pop-ups in the country.

The lineup paired LA favorites with visiting kitchens — Quarter Sheets × Bridgerton Roti, Wake and Lake × Sqirl, and more — while the stages ran live conversations from shows like Mythical Kitchen's Last Meals and Lemme Say This. Familiar faces in the crowd and on panel included Jordan Chiles, Josh Peck, and Phil Rosenthal, with a Chase Love Local partnership and a Shake Shack × LAFD collaboration raising money for LA wildfire relief.

EEEEEATSCON is The Infatuation's flagship food festival — the restaurant-review platform turning its lists into a live, two-day event. Across both days the coverage ran the whole hangar: the chefs, the stalls, the stages, the sponsor activations, and the lines that wrapped the building.
