What this site collects, and what it does with it.
This is a portfolio and booking site for Kyle Espeleta Photography. It does not run advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or a marketing email list.
Information you send
If you use the contact form, you may send your name, email address, event date, venue or city, event type, and whatever you put in the message. The form sends that information to my business inbox through Resend, an email-delivery provider. I use it to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, book or provide photography services, prevent form abuse, and keep ordinary business records.
Contact-form inquiries stay in my inbox like other business correspondence. I keep them for as long as they are reasonably useful for the inquiry, a booking, client history, or normal business, tax, insurance, or legal records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
What I do not do
I do not sell or rent your information. I do not add inquiries to a newsletter or marketing list. I share information only with service providers needed to operate the site and deliver the inquiry, or when required by law.
Website delivery and video
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and may process ordinary connection information—such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and security signals—to deliver the site and prevent abuse. The site itself does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
YouTube and Vimeo players are not loaded until you choose to play a video. If you do, those companies receive the connection and their own privacy terms apply. Links to Google reviews, publications, social profiles, and other outside sites are also governed by those sites.
Your choices
You can ask what contact information I have about you, correct it, or ask me to delete it. I may need to retain records required for an active booking or ordinary legal, tax, insurance, or business obligations.
