What this site collects, and what it does with it.
This is a portfolio and booking site for Kyle Espeleta Photography. It uses a Google tag to measure how the site is used and which ads lead to inquiries. It does not run a marketing email list.
Information you send
If you use the contact form, you may send your name, email address, event date, venue or city, event type, and whatever you put in the message. The form sends that information to my business inbox through Resend, an email-delivery provider. I use it to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, book or provide photography services, prevent form abuse, and keep ordinary business records.
Contact-form inquiries stay in my inbox like other business correspondence. I keep them for as long as they are reasonably useful for the inquiry, a booking, client history, or normal business, tax, insurance, or legal records, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses a Google tag—Google's measurement and advertising script—to count visits, see which pages people actually read, and record which ad led to a contact-form inquiry, a phone tap, or an email click, so I can tell whether the advertising is worth paying for. Google sets cookies to do this and receives your IP address along with basic browser and page information. Google's own privacy terms apply to what it does with that.
What I look at is the aggregate—how many people reached a page, how many wrote in. I do not use it to identify individual visitors, and I do not combine it with what you send through the contact form.
You can turn this off. Blocking third-party cookies in your browser settings stops it, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere. The site behaves the same either way.
What I do not do
I do not sell or rent your information. I do not add inquiries to a newsletter or marketing list. I share information only with service providers needed to operate the site and deliver the inquiry, or when required by law.
Website delivery and video
Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and may process ordinary connection information—such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and security signals—to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
YouTube and Vimeo players are not loaded until you choose to play a video. If you do, those companies receive the connection and their own privacy terms apply. Links to Google reviews, publications, social profiles, and other outside sites are also governed by those sites.
Your choices
You can ask what contact information I have about you, correct it, or ask me to delete it. I may need to retain records required for an active booking or ordinary legal, tax, insurance, or business obligations.
